At Dharshini Boutique, we take utmost care to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a return/refund under the following conditions:

1. Proof of Damage

• Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.
• The video must show the package condition from the outside, the unsealing process, and the product inside.
• Refund/return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Refund/Return

• The request must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel.
• The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Only items damaged during delivery or incorrect items sent are eligible.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

• Requests without an unboxing video.
• Damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling by the customer).
• Minor color or texture differences due to screen resolution or fabric variations.

4. Refund/Replacement Process

• Share the unboxing video and order details with our support team at textile@gmaill.com or WhatsApp 9876543210.
• Our team will review the video and confirm if the product is eligible for return/refund.
• If approved, the customer can choose between:
• Refund: Processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Replacement: A new product shipped at no extra cost.

5. Shipping for Returns

In case of eligible returns, Dharshini Boutique will arrange pickup or cover the return shipping charges.
